Meet the Team
Chris DiGuiseppe
Chris DiGuiseppe joined Realty Partners Northeast in 2010 as the Director of Real Estate. Since then, Chris has expanded his role at the company and become a Partner. Chris specializes in tenant representation and business sales working with strong regional concepts. In the restaurant and specialty market segment, Chris focuses on multi-unit growth programs and franchise development for many noted tenants. During his career Chris has worked with many restaurant and retail companies including the Serenitee Restaurant Group, Cardullo’s Gourmet Shoppe, NOWON Korean Gastropub, Bab Al Yemen, Praline French Patisserie, Crave Bakery & many more. He holds a BA in Hospitality Management from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst bringing a multitude of entrepreneurial skills and business knowledge to the company. He knows the restaurant business inside and out, having worked in various roles at restaurants and hotel establishments in downtown Boston and on the North Shore.
In his free time, you can find Chris with his wife and kids clamming on the flats in his hometown of Ipswich and cooking up the bounty of their garden harvest.
Michael DiGuiseppe
Michael DiGuiseppe has been an active participant in retail, mixed-use, and restaurant real estate development for over forty (40) years. Currently, he is the Managing Partner of Coastal Partners and its subsidiaries, which specializes in developing underutilized properties to mid-size retail and single tenant retail developments throughout New England. Developments completed over the past few years include: BJ’s Wholesale Club Quincy, MA; Shoppes @ Hooksett Landing, Hooksett, NH; BJ’s Wholesale Club, Haverhill, MA; Taunton Crossing, Taunton, MA.
Prior to his role with Coastal Partners Michael founded Realty Partners NE and managed the national development program for Bertucci’s Restaurant. While working with Bertucci’s, he grew the company from a twenty (20) unit New England based regional operator to over ninety (90) units from New England to Florida and Chicago. Realty Partners, NE also managed the real estate growth programs for a number of national, or strong regional restaurant concepts including; Dunkin Donuts, Baja Fresh, Vinny Testa’s and Fresh City.
Michael was part of the team that founded of Naked Fish Restaurants, a Boston based, multi-unit, upscale casual restaurant concept specializing in Latin-American foods and beverages. Being a part owner, Michael was responsible for all aspects of restaurant property development and facility management.
